Mix Use Community Proposal
With careful analysis, We are proposing a mix use community that builds off of existing mix use communities globally that work and bring residences a sense of peace and comfortable living without the need of a car or smog filled communities.

This proposal is done with green living standards to help our way of life and our planet. We have designed a community that allows residences and visitors to live their lives and visit businesses all while only having to walk about 300 feet to an array of businesses. This community also generates its own electricity and ecosystem. Residences can grow their own flowers and even food if they wish.
